Hilbert College Girl's Basketball Camp

Hilbert College will host two girls basketball camps during the 2021 summer. Both camps will focus on individual development and team play and will be led by the Hawks' head women's basketball coach. Session I is for girls entering grades 3-12 in the fall of 2021.  Session II Elite is for girls entering grades 9-12 in the fall of 2021.

Session I: July 5 - July 9

• Camp Information  SESSION I - Traditional Overnight/Day Camp

  • Camp is open to all girls entering 3rd - 12th grade.
  • Camp runs from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm daily, with lunch and dinner in the campus dining hall for all campers. Resident campers will also be served breakfast.
  • Camp begins on Monday afternoon and ends on Friday afternoon.
  • Resident campers will reside in the college's air conditioned dorm, Trinity Hall, with a maximum of two campers per room.
  • Campers will play in three competitive basketball games each day and will play at least half of each game. Each team is limited to 10 players.
  • Our camp staff is made up of local collegiate players, along with other college and high school coaches.
  • There are no hidden costs - all meals and services are included in camp tuition.

• Session I Tuition

  • DAY CAMPER: $295
  • RESIDENT CAMPER: $395  (Plus a $50 damage/key deposit; refunded at checkout)
  • Independent Health Members: you can use your "HEALTH EXTRAS" allowance toward camp tuition.
  • BlueCross BlueShield "WELLNESS BENEFIT" can also be used to help reduce camp fee. 
  • PLEASE NOTE: There is a $100 non-refundable down payment for EACH camper.
  • There will be a $40 charge for bounced checks.
  • Register before June 1 for a $25 discount.
  • Receive a $15 discount if 5 or more players from the same team submit online registrations (within a 24-hour period of time) and mail in deposit.

• Camp Information  SESSION II High School Girl's Elite Camp

  • Camp is open to all girls entering 9 - 12th grade.
  • Camp runs from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm daily, with lunch in the campus dining hall for all campers. 
  • Camp begins on Sunday afternoon and ends on Thursday afternoon.
  • Our camp staff is made up of local collegiate players, along with other college and high school coaches.
  • There are no hidden costs - all meals and services are included in camp tuition.

  • DAY CAMPER: $225

    • If registering for both camps (discount will apply), please complete Session I in full, and Session II with name, grade, jersey size, and e-mail..
    • Registrations will only be accepted electronically
  • Upon submission of your electronic registration, a confirmation e-mail will be sent

• After registration, but BEFORE camp begins, THREE documents must be on file for each camper:

   
  • 1. Front and back copy of campers health insurance card
  • 2. updated immunization records - can be faxed to (716) 649-6429
  • 3. Emergency Contact Form - (open, print and mail)
